Key Responsibilities: Construct, maintain, and repair molds used in precast concrete manufacturing. Collaborate with the production team to ensure molds meet specifications and production timelines. Work with various materials including fiberglass, rubber, and wood to create durable and reusable mold forms. Ensure molds are safe, precise, and ready for repeated use.
