Operators will be responsible for setting up, operating, cleaning, and troubleshooting filling equipment in a fast-paced, FDA-regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Operate filling equipment through all stages: setup, startup, operation, shutdown, and cleaning. Perform routine troubleshooting and report mechanical issues promptly. Execute CIP (Clean-in-Place) and COP (Clean-Out-of-Place) procedures, including chemical handling and manual equipment washing. Maintain production schedules and monitor product quality, reporting any deviations. Clear line jam-ups and restore production flow efficiently. Follow all GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
