We are looking for an Operations Manufacturing Specialist who will oversee a range of tasks, including processing repairs, custom orders, and canceled orders. Additionally, this role involves addressing customer service inquiries, promptly resolving order issues, and providing support to the department manager with general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive and work efficiently with a high level of proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks, along with a good communication and people skills. Responsibilities: Coordinate processing of repair requests and custom orders while ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. Review and process canceled orders Monitor inventory levels and generate purchase orders while coordinating with vendors for timely replenishment. Track outstanding orders and resolve any issues to prevent procurement delays. Receive, label, and store replenishment stock and organize inventory for efficient retrieval. Resolve order issues promptly, collaborating with teams for smooth operations. Assist department manager with daily administrative tasks to enhance efficiency. Monitor and process advanced shipping notices from suppliers for timely material receipt. Inspect and process product returns from customers, following established protocols. Ensure ERP system accuracy for transactions and materials movements. Proactively troubleshoot order issues for expedited execution. Requirements 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally including some team or project coordination High School Diploma or GED is mandatory. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry, order processing, and inventory management. Familiarity with ERP systems or similar inventory management software. Ability to navigate messaging platforms and communication tools for customer inquiries and vendor follow-ups Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize workload with strong attention to detail. Complete production reports, logs, and other required documentation as per standard operating procedures. • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. Share knowledge, insights, and best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives. • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that materials and equipment are properly stored, and waste is disposed appropriately. Ensure the team is working in a clean and neat manner as well. • Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies. Safely transport materials to designated area using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks. Organize and store materials in designated locations for easy retrieval and inventory control. • Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks, with appropriate certifications if required. • Perform other duties as assigned and work in other areas as see needed. Position Requirements • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to operate and troubleshoot various types of equipment. • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to equipment operation and maintenance. • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately. • Good problem-solving to detail and the ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey information clearly. • Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment. • Compliance with health and hygiene standards, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
