This is a hands-on, full-time, entry-level position with experience preferred but not required. You’ll help create handcrafted furniture—everything from record storage units to coffee tables—built right here in El Cajon, CA and shipped nationwide. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch) Hours: 40 hrs / Week 💵 Starting Pay: $17.25/hour (San Diego minimum wage, effective July 1, 2025) 🛠 What You’ll Do -Build, Sand, stain, paint, assemble, and package wood furniture -Operate power tools (drills, impacts, sanders, drill press) -Lift and move heavy wooden units (avg. 80 lbs; sometimes 120 lbs) -Keep your workspace organized, clean, and safe -Learn progressively—taking on more complex builds over time 👤 What We’re Looking For ⚫ A positive attitude and strong work ethic ⚫ Attention to detail and willingness to learn ⚫ Able to take direction and constructive feedback ⚫ Physically able to do hands-on work and heavy lifting ⚫ Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented Woodworking or construction experience is a bonus—not a must ⚠️ The Reality This work is physical, fast-paced, and hands-on.
