Field Service Technician

The Material Handler is responsible for safely moving material around the plant for production to run smoothly.  Work involves a high degree of alertness and concentration to completes tasks. Work related problems have known solutions but may require some cause-and-effect analysis and can be resolved by using prescribed methods and procedures.  Incumbents may not always control their work pace, and there is time sensitive to finish job tasks. perform multiple tasks throughout the day to ensure safe and quality production. Incumbents will be performing production tasks which may be in a PSM area and be exposed to adverse characteristics in the work environment. Remove samples of material and label with identifying information. Assist with placement of conveyors and stands. Ability to make basic machine adjustments or repairs. Stack steel products onto pallets, boxes, or bins. Count, weigh, and record information on daily production sheet. Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Luxury Install Technician Euro-Style Cabinetry & Custom Wood Millwork M-F 7:00 to 3:30pm $28.00 - $44.00 per hr. Your will be working inside newly built extravagant homes in luxurious Phoenix area communities. We design, manufacture, and install premium Euro-Style cabinetry and wood millwork products (see pics). This position is the most important step in our process - the highly professional installation of our custom cabinetry and wood millwork. Advanced technology is used whenever possible. This includes self leveling Visi-Lasers, 3D-Printed scribe tools, advanced plinth leveling systems, magnetic kicks, lifting jacks, and so on. You are provided a WiFi/Cell Tablet to access company drawings, job details, punch items, and so on. Qualified techs are often provided a high roof van as a company vehicle. Because of the size of these homes, work is done one room at a time. The products are protective wrapped and delivered right to the room (see pics). You might also install kitchen islands, ceiling beams, decorative panels, bars, even a bunk bed system. Has beginning to intermediate level setup skills for departmental equipment.   Operates various assigned production centers. Loads material, removes turnings, and maintains specified lubricants and coolants as required. Operates and performs basic set ups on departmental machines such as manual lathes, CNC turning centers, slotters, drill presses, etc. Operates and performs sets up on a variety of customized secondary operation machines, drill presses, thread tapers, dimple presses, washing tanks, broaching presses and honing centers. Inspects articles to verify conformance to specifications. Identifies damaged or inferior quality products. Performs necessary preventive machine maintenance and cleaning. Accurately and reliably maintains all paper work, or data input requirements of the department. Assists in training coworkers on how to operate, adjust, and set up machines. May perform in a temporary lead role. Requirements Skills and Experiences You’ll Need as a CNC Production Machinist 1:   High School diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years similar machining/manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of experience required. Intermediate blueprint reading skills. Ability to read blueprints and measurement gauges to inspect for part conformity. Basic math computation skills. Ability to understand and apply geometric concepts (e.g., angles and degrees) in making basic adjustments or setting up basic tooling and holding fixtures in the laser machines. Good organizational skills and ability to multi task (i.e., operate one machine while setting up another). Ability to read and communicate effectively.   Work Environment for a CNC Production Machinist 1: Work takes place in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and chemicals.
