Join the Charger Water Treatment Products team as a Warehouse Manager and play a critical role in our operations in the heart of our logistics team in Elgin, IL! Your primary focus will be ensuring that all warehouse activities are executed efficiently, from receiving to assembling to delivering our water treatment products to our valued customers. You will lead a skilled team of warehouse staff, optimize processes, and contribute to our commitment to quality service and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming products Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular audits and effective inventory management practices. Implement and maintain efficient logistical processes and systems within the warehouse. Facilitate training and development for warehouse personnel, promoting a safe and productive work environment. Ensure and implement best practices for workplace safety. Assemble our water treatment products Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and logistics efficiently. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or a related supervisory role. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and logistics. Experience leading and managing a team, with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in using warehouse management software and tools. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Forklift certification is a plus. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm Benefits $20/hour. Monday-Friday, Fulltime plus overtime. Electrical Maintenance Technician / PLC Systems Repair  Base Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 + $3,000 sign-on bonus + OT Eligible  Union Facility  We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician with a focus on electrical systems to join our team at our facility. This is an onsite, full-time role that is a core part of our maintenance team, supporting our manufacturing and production operations. We're a company that produces advanced materials for customers who operate in high-stress environments, from aerospace and defense to medical technology and clean energy. Responsibilities Diagnose and Repair: You will diagnose, test, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment. This includes hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems; variable speed AC and DC motor drives; programmable logic controllers (PLCs); and combustion systems. PLC Troubleshooting: A key part of your role will be to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). You'll work with Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems, using the appropriate software (e.g., RSLogix, TIA Portal, Step 7) to identify and resolve logic, I/O, and communication issues. Troubleshoot and Inspect: You'll serve as a team member or leader to inspect and troubleshoot electrical and electronic malfunctions. Using instruments such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ammeters, you will test faulty equipment to identify the cause of the issue. Component Replacement: You will replace defective components and wiring, and adjust mechanical parts using both hand tools and soldering irons. Calibration and Maintenance: You'll align, adjust, and calibrate equipment according to specifications. You will also maintain detailed records of repairs, calibrations, and tests. Computer-Based Diagnostics: You will use computers to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade process control equipment and PLCs. Instruction and Collaboration: You may be required to instruct maintenance repair crews and collaborate with production teams for diagnostic and testing purposes. Requirements Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Experience: You must have a minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience or an Associate's Degree in an electrical or mechanical-related curriculum. Experience with PLC troubleshooting, particularly with Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems, is highly preferred. Skills: You must be proficient in the repair and maintenance of complex electrical and electronic systems, including PLCs and motor drives. Familiarity with PLC programming software like RSLogix/Studio 5000 and TIA Portal is a significant plus. Other: This is an onsite role with no travel required.

Looking for a reliable commercial driver with a class A license. Must have a commercial license for a minimum of two years and be willing to drive surrounding states. Flatbed experienced preferred.
