ShareThis role is to maintain inventory level warehouse facility to maintain the operation of the facility. In this role, you will need to be familiar with monitoring inbound shipments, verifying, reconciling, and reporting on the company’s inventory, and validate discrepancies and non-confirmation to ensure that business operations have a reconciled warehouse. Job Responsibilities • Maintain inventory with inbound trailers and returns • Receive MDO Returns • Receive all material/inventory ordered into ERP system (SAP/Oracle) • Perform inventory cycle counts regularly and create reports for management, analyzing returns and noting damages • Assist in work projects for the warehouse, including creating work orders, writing emails with descriptions, and calling vendors. • Generate and oversee inventory reconciliation • Track and analyze inventory maintenance • Perform other duties as assigned. Experience & Skills • 1-3 years of experience with Inventory Management is preferred. • Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products. • Knowledge of SAP/Oracle or similar ERP system. • Coordinates and collaborates with internal managers & corporate customer service
