Your Role: As Production Liaison, you will coordinate between our jewelers and gallery team to ensure custom projects are completed accurately and on time. Primary Responsibilities: *Assign and track jeweler workloads, deadlines, and progress *Ensure materials (metals, findings, gemstones) are available *Create work orders and manage inventory in QuickBooks Enterprise Secondary Responsibilities: *Package and ship orders *Assist with gold assaying and intake of customer materials *Maintain studio organization and answer phones *Support additional tasks as needed Ideal Candidate: *Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable *Strong written and verbal communication skills *Collaborative, team-oriented, and comfortable in a small-business environment Requirements: *Experience in a similar role *Inventory management experience *Strong attention to detail *Excellent communication skills *Proficiency with standard computer applications *Flexibility Bonus Skills: *Familiarity with QuickBooks Enterprise *Jewelry industry experience Position Details: *25–35 hours per week *Benefits (for full-time): paid vacation, sick leave, and health insurance Thank you for reading and applying!
