The Material Handler will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and storing incoming materials, ensuring that products are organized and accessible for production and shipping. Shift: 6a-2:30pm (hours may vary) Wage: $18-$20/hr DOE Material Handler Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Sort and store materials in designated locations within the warehouse. Pull orders and prepare items for shipment or production processes. Working in our production area, this role will be responsible for assembling sub-components, sub-systems and complete products in Infleqtion’s commercial product line and the production of development and commercial prototypes.  This role requires good manual dexterity, ability to conduct visual inspections, understanding of mechanical, electrical, and optical engineering equipment, and commitment to follow all safety processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities outlined below include essential functions of the role. Independently build and integrate complex optical, vacuum, mechanical, and electrical hardware with minimal instruction. Develop, refine, and document assembly processes, work instructions, and SOPs in collaboration with engineers. Lead by example in maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and quality. Create and review technical solid models and drawings Lead design reviews and incorporate remarks into drawing revisions Develop inspection methods and create inspection forms for custom parts Support product and part management, including creating ECOs for products Conduct inspection throughout manufacturing processes to ensure proper build and that quality standards are achieved Perform receiving and in-process inspections of mechanical, electrical and optical components and subassemblies using a variety of instruments Perform maintenance and housekeeping activities to ensure a clean and safe work area Support production line maintenance, continuous improvement, and troubleshooting Identifies and works with other team members on process improvements Other duties or projects as assigned Requirements Minimum 4 years’ experience in precision hardware assembly (optics, vacuum, or high-reliability electromechanical systems) Associates or bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or related fields Demonstrated ability to work independently with incomplete instructions, leveraging engineering drawings, models, and prior experience. Experience with handling of delicate components and equipment, including precision optics, semi-conductor, and fiber optic components Experience training and mentoring others in technical assembly or inspection. Strong understanding of manufacturing quality principles (inspection, GD&T, traceability, process documentation). Comfortable balancing hands-on fabrication with process improvement and knowledge transfer. Comfort and familiarity with standard clean room practices and working in clean rooms Familiarity with optical surface quality specifications: MIL-PRF-13830B and ISO 10110-7 Good dexterity to assemble small components into sub-assemblies Familiarity with optical inspection methodologies, including the use of microscopes, optical comparators, and optical interferometer Experience with basic electronics test and assembly practices, including soldering, PCBA inspection and use of multi meters, oscilloscopes, Ability to inspect parts against technical drawings. At Whiteline Express, you’ll keep our trucks and trailers running strong. You’ll handle diagnostics, maintenance, and full repairs on brakes, transmissions, rear-ends, clutches, diesel engines, electrical systems, and welding or fabrication work. You’ll remove, fix, reinstall, and adjust parts, inspect your work, and make sure everything meets safety rules and regulations. You’ll also lead the crew, assign tasks, check work, guide on tough repairs, and help train others. You’ll manage parts using TMT, handle after-hours repairs when needed, respond to service calls, and keep maintenance records up to date. You’ll open and close the shop and make sure everything runs smoothly and safely. We’re looking for someone with solid diesel mechanic experience (lead or supervisory experience is a plus), strong mechanical, electrical, and welding skills, and the ability to use diagnostic tools and repair software (TMT a bonus). You need a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or willing to get one) and the flexibility to work varied hours, including after-hours calls. What You’ll be doing as a Diesel Mechanic: Supervise shift mechanics by assigning tasks, verifying completed work, and assisting with training and disciplinary actions as needed. Authorize and oversee after-hours repairs in alignment with company policies and procedures. Manage parts inventory using TMT, including ordering, receiving, and tracking of parts and supplies. Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and full-service repairs on heavy-duty vehicles and trailers, including work on brakes, transmissions, rear-ends, clutches, diesel engines, electrical systems, and welding/fabrication tasks. Remove, repair, reinstall, and adjust vehicle components; conduct thorough final inspections to ensure all repairs meet federal and state safety regulations. Complete detailed work orders and maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. Respond to on-site service calls and provide support as needed. Collaborate with technicians and provide guidance on complex repairs and troubleshooting. Open and close the maintenance facility, ensuring readiness and security of operations. Diesel Mechanic Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a diesel mechanic; supervisory or lead technician experience preferred. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair software (experience with TMT a plus). Strong mechanical, electrical, and welding skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
