Position & Responsibilities • CNC Machinist - set up and run 3-axis CNC mills, 4-axis mill if qualified • Optional - CNC Lathe Operator - set up and run an Okuma LB3000 EXII lathe with bar feeder, subspindle, Y-axis, live tooling • Occasional manual machining tasks Qualifications: • Five or more years of experience running CNC mills in production environments • Ability to read drawings, set up CNC mills, check parts to ensure compliance with customer requirements • Positive attitude, good work ethic, problem-solving approach • US Citizen or Green Card Holder • Ability to lift items weighing 25-40lbs Details • Full-time with potential for overtime pay • Full benefits after 30 days of employment including healthcare contribution, dental/vision support, and vacation accrual (two weeks paid vacation per year to start, up to 4 weeks with years of employment) • Participation in employer’s 401k program • 30 day retention bonus of $250 contingent on attendance • 90 day retention bonus of $1000 contingent on attendance
