Assembler – Hand Solderer Location: Moorpark, CA Pay: $18 – $21/hr (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM A busy and growing electronics manufacturing company in Moorpark is looking for an experienced Hand Solder Assembler to join their production team. This role focuses on high-quality assembly and rework of printed circuit boards (PCBAs) using both SMT and thru-hole components. Key Responsibilities: Hand solder SMT and through-hole components on PCBs Perform rework and install fine-pitch components under a microscope Read and follow Bill of Materials (BOM) and Assembly Drawings Solder to both RoHS and Non-RoHS standards Perform solder touch-ups and ensure quality standards are met Follow ISO and ESD procedures Work with IPC-610 and IPC-7711 standards Use hot air rework stations and other tools as needed Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow traveler instructions Report any issues clearly in English Requirements: 2+ years of experience soldering PCBAs in a manufacturing environment Hands-on knowledge of IPC-610 and IPC-7711 standards Ability to read and speak English fluently Comfortable working under magnification High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 25 lbs and use both hands safely and effectively Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K with company contribution Paid time off & holidays Profit sharing and more Apply today to join a growing team in a fast-paced, supportive work environment!

PRIMARY DUTIES: Assemble and test large industrial products from bare parts, in "job shop" and production environment. This includes mechanical connections, supports and structures, and control panels. Build custom air compressor, vacuum pump, blower, and pump assembly packages. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Some experience to build and disassemble an engine or machine • Electronic Panel Assembly experience preferred but not required • Read & interpret assembly drawings • Mechanical skills • Physically able (lifting of 50 lbs occasionally) • Work well independently/self-starter and with a team DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Such duties include, but are not limited to: • Assemble mechanical assemblies; such as air ends, blowers, and other compressed air system components, working on a shop floor. • Inspects components for proper assembly, specifications, fit and finish. • Plans assembly and positions components according to the knowledge of unit being assembled and through the interpretation of engineering drawings, layout drawings or electrical schematics. • Remove small quantities of metal with hand files, scrapers or machine tools to produce close fit between parts. • Bend and install tubing and fittings for oil lubrication/cooling systems. • Align couplings and subassemblies to the gearbox or other components. • Operate drill presses, milling machines, lathes, hydraulic presses, welders and other shop equipment to assist in assembly operations. • Test completed assemblies for proper operation, temperature, vibration and noise levels and complete required written reports. Troubleshoot, repair or replace faulty components. • Provide feedback in regards to design improvements, updates, and procedures, verbally and in writing, as required. • Work in conjunction with Floor Supervisor to ensure assemblies meet design parameters. • Perform workstation and shop clean-up duties as assigned.
