Operate packaging/bottling/labeling machinery, in accordance with cGMP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Operate and Control package equipment on our “Stand Up Pouch” assembly line Clean production equipment, rooms, and tools in accordance with “Master Sanitation Schedule” Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Support in setting up, performing maintenance on, and assisting in repair of equipment Mix and blend Raw Materials to create various batches according to formulations and mixing instructions Assist with receiving/organizing raw materials and supplies Assist with maintaining clean working environment in office and warehouse areas. This includes dust mopping, wet mopping, removing trash, breaking down boxes, rinsing and sanitizing production equipment, etc. Adhere to all cGMP policies and safety guidelines Record process development activities and results in appropriate Batch Production Records (BPRs) and spreadsheets Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent is required Valid Driver's License Ability to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment Adapt to frequent changes Previous experience in warehouse and/or production facility Must be able to work on feet for several hours at a time and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be quick learning with technology (basic computer skills, internet, email). The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality, R&D, Regulatory, and Production developing, optimizing, and scaling manufacturing processes to improve yield, throughput, quality, and efficiency. The Process Engineer will have a strong operational, quality, and technical background. This is often a hands-on role working closely with the production team to train operators to new processes, troubleshoot equipment challenges, and write and execute qualifications and validations. This is a full-time, on-site position, located in Brooklyn, New York. It is a multi-faceted role in a highly collaborative environment that will require creativity and focused execution in pursuit of maximizing production outputs and creating robust manufacturing processes. The Class B CDL Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck interstate reefer, on both city and highway routes, to deliver our seafood product to customers. They also assist with product delivery pick-up from the airport and will help transport product between company locations. The Class B CDL Driver is expected to complete all routes safely and in-accordance with Department of Transportation regulation and North Coast company policy. Senior Quality Inspector
The Senior Inspector performs receiving, in-process, and final inspection on electronic systems, electromechanical assemblies, or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. Accepts, rejects, or reworks defective units or systems. Determines or assists in determining methods, sequences, and procedures necessary for inspection.
