We’re currently looking for a Production Team Member for a wonderful company that has been in their industry for over 25 years. This position is located in the fantastic city of Buellton, CA, and is a full-time opportunity. The schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Some weekend and OT work will be required when necessary, and the pay rate for this position is $18 to $20 an hour (DOE). **This position requires a background check and drug test** Duties & Responsibilities: Participate in the handling, formulation, and production of raw ingredients and finished products. Work to ensure compliance with all regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Organize and maintain supplies and equipment, and help maintain a clean and sanitary facility by participating in cleaning protocols. Maintain accurate records, including production schedules, maintenance, cleaning, and inventory. Operate major equipment for the manufacturing and in-house transportation of dietary supplements and raw ingredients. Communicate well with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and effective production process. Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and equipment and facilities are operated safely and correctly. Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have a positive, willing attitude and work well within a group. Must have the ability to stoop, bend and safely lift reasonable amounts of weight, and spend significant portions of your workday on your feet. Must be able to work a regular 40-hour week with scheduled overtime, including some evening/weekend shifts. POSITION SUMMARY The Material Handler will maintain an accurate inventory of parts and/or supplies at the designated locations and will be responsible for moving inventory to/from the receiving docks, expediting when appropriate. Position Summary – Thermal Operations Manager The Manager ofThermal Operations will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operational functions of Vivid’s Thermal Spray operations in Santa Clara— including equipment maintenance, processing, manufacturing, applicable technological innovation, implementation of 6-sigma and lean tools. Key Responsibilities Production, Processing and Manufacturing Oversight • Lead and manage thermal spray production operations to ensure timely delivery, consistent quality, and cost efficiency. • Develop and maintain production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Maintenance and Reliability • Supervise Thermal Spray operations facility and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life. • Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Continuous Improvement & Quality • Work with quality management systems and corrective actions to reduce defects and rework. • Support standardizing processes, documentation, and best practices throughout thermal operations. Qualifications • Strongly prefer leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in technically demanding environments. • Experience and strong abilities to troubleshoot, install and maintain industrial equipment including air Compressors, dust collectors, motors, and a willingness to trouble shoot thermal coating equipment. • Strong understanding of facilities electrical and plumbing installation and maintenance. • Strong technical understanding of surface treatments, paints, or precision finishing processes, or similar processes required. • Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred • Detail-oriented, honest, transparent and resourceful. • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering degree is preferred but not required.
