Established but growing CNC Machine shop located in Lake Elsinore is looking to hire an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer and Set Up Machinist to support daily production schedules. We manufacture components to support our own product lines as well as steady job shop work for outside customers. We are currently running 2 shifts, morning and mi-day shift. The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products. This role ensures inventory accuracy; maintain organized records, and assists in keeping the warehouse clean and efficient. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while following safety procedures and company policies. The primary purpose of Sanitation Associate/Sanitor is to ensure all production areas and production equipment are cleaned, sanitized and ready for use. Key Responsibilities: • Observes all safety rules and regulations • Identifies and addresses product and processing problems in a timely manner and escalates issues to Sanitation Lead if resolution requires it. • Maintains a safe and clean work environment throughout the plant, according to GMP and Safety Guidelines • Prepares areas to be cleaned by setting up safety equipment and organizing supplies • Disassembles, cleans, and sanitizes all production equipment in a timely manner • Cleans floors and walls of the production area to maintain cleanliness • Must be able to safely operate and understand proper machine operating and adjusting procedures • Monitor, complete, and maintain efficient and accurate paperwork as needed • Works to understand overall impact of his/her job on team productivity and plant profitability, maintains high level of personal productivity and contributes suggestions for work process improvements. Skills and Knowledge: -Strong understanding of machining theory, shop math, and geometry. -Proficiency in setting up and operating a variety of conventional machine tools. -Ability to hold and verify dimensional tolerances. -Skilled in blueprint reading and interpretation. -Competence with common hand tools and precision measurement equipment. -Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Physical Requirements: -Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. independently. -Frequent bending, squatting, twisting, and manual dexterity for handling small components. -Visual and auditory acuity for inspecting parts and equipment. -Occasional computer uses for data entry and processing. Education & Experience: -High school diploma or equivalent required. -Minimum of 3 years of experience in general machining. -Minimum of 3 years' operating conventional manual machines required. -Experience in precision part handling strongly preferred.
