Required Qualifications: Some college coursework preferred (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality-related fields a plus). 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in quality assurance or quality control. Prior leadership experience supervising inspectors, testers, or quality teams. Strong knowledge of transformer testing processes, electrical inspection methods, and industry regulations.
