Position: Production Worker/Pad Maker Starting Pay: (negotiable on experience) We are currently seeking motivated and reliable pad makers to join our team! Our company specializes in manufacturing and installing sports facility products, including netting, padding, and windscreens. Key Responsibilities: • Production fabrication of our custom products. • Maintain work site safety and follow all company policies and procedures. Position Requirements: • Physically fit to handle fabrication type work (lifting up to 45 lbs., pulling, standing, bending, etc.). • Comfortable working in warehouse conditions (can be affected by outdoor weather conditions & climate). • Experience with small power tools (e.g., drills, saws, paint guns). • Understanding and knowledge of measurements and basic math. • Attention to details such as verifying measurements, color matches, straight cuts, etc.). • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or construction. • Capability to follow instructions and work as a team or individual (as needed). • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Schedule: • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM • Overtime is required during busy seasons or high workflow.
