As Vice President of Sales, you’ll oversee a large, distributed team and lead go-to-market strategies that drive sustainable growth. Improve sales rep productivity through coaching, enablement programs, tooling, and systems optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally to align product launches, pricing models, messaging, and compensation structures. Shape and evolve processes that support scalable sales operations during rapid company growth. Potentially oversee Revenue Operations depending on experience and organizational scope. Requirements 8+ years in senior sales leadership roles, including 5+ years managing teams in high-growth SaaS or subscription-based environments. Proven success scaling SMB-focused sales teams and consistently exceeding quotas. Deep understanding of inbound and outbound sales motions, and experience building repeatable GTM engines. Skilled in hiring, onboarding, and developing top-performing sales talent with a focus on shortening time-to-productivity. Strong communicator adept at translating complex strategies into actionable plans across diverse teams. Highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable operating in evolving, fast-paced environments. Experience with product launches, pricing, sales enablement, and performance-based compensation structures. Familiarity with workflow design and implementation of scalable tools and sales systems.
