Senior Inside Sales Representative (Evening & Weekend Shifts)  $25–$30/hour + Performance Bonuses  On-site – Berea, OH  Full-Time | Evening and/or Weekend Shifts Required Put your phone skills to work and get paid what you're worth—hourly. No games, just real pay for real work. Joyce Windows, Sunrooms, and Baths is hiring Senior Inside Sales Representatives for evening and weekend shifts at our Berea, OH call center. This is a high-level phone role for candidates who know how to get results and want a stable, high hourly wage—$25 to $30 per hour, plus the opportunity for discretionary bonuses based on performance. We provide warm, inbound leads from homeowners actively interested in home remodeling. You’ll handle outbound calls to engage, qualify, and schedule free in-home consultations with our sales team—no cold calling, no list building, and no chasing.  Compensation & Schedule $25–$30/hour flat pay, based on experience Performance bonuses available based on performance and consistency Weekly pay Full-time schedule Evening availability required (typically 12 PM–8 PM or later) Weekend availability strongly preferred – our highest-volume shifts  What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to interested homeowners (warm & hot leads only) Set qualified appointments for our in-home sales consultants Answer basic questions about our products and services Confirm appointment details and conduct follow-ups Keep call notes and appointment details organized in our CRM Hit call and appointment goals with consistency  What We’re Looking For Experienced inside sales, appointment setting, or call center professionals Strong phone presence and ability to handle objections with confidence Motivated by doing a great job and getting results Comfortable working evenings and weekends Organized, focused, and great at time management High school diploma or equivalent required  What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with bonus potential Paid training and ongoing coaching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with company match Team-oriented environment with clear expectations and support  About Joyce For more than 70 years, Joyce Windows, Sunrooms, and Baths has helped homeowners transform their spaces with premium remodeling solutions.
