The Account Manager II – Outside Sales position will be responsible for bringing the perfect blend of hunting, farming, and customer success to the organization, ensuring our customers the receive care and support they deserve. This position will be required to drive towards our revenue goals with a strategic focus on outside sales. Requirements Engage with pre-qualified leads that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Cultivate fresh business and revenue streams through proactive outside sales efforts and strategic cold calling initiatives. Work alongside the recruiting team to ensure they have all the required information to successfully source and recruit for the customer/job/project. Support the sales and growth efforts of the sales reps/ account managers daily. Interface directly with customer stakeholders through the entire lifecycle, continuing with site management once the project begins. Track weekly activities with the workforce on the project, collecting timesheets and managing expectations with the workforce and the customer. Track activity in our CRM (SalesForce)and leverage LaborWorx software to manage pending/active jobs and weekly rosters. Communicate with internal departments such as recruiting and finance to ensure the customer project goes smoothly and the workforce is paid accurately and on time. Meet with customers as needed, either in-person or remote Participate in job site onboarding with the workforce, either in-person or remote Promote a spirit of healthy competition and drive success among their teams. Manage multiple customer stakeholders. Establish a plan for growth and expansion, identifying opportunities for additional staffing solutions at current and upcoming customer projects or job sites. Hybrid & Communication Etiquette Communication Methods: Email — Daily/Weekly updates, updates for clients, delivery of material to clients Slack — Team-wide communication, client groups (if requested), quick announcements Zoom — Meetings, presentations, stand-ups Remote employees must be available via Slack or phone during their designated work hours and must respond to emails within 24 business hours, unless otherwise specifically requested off. Remote employees are expected to attend all mandatory company meetings and regularly check in with their teammates and manager.
