Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively. Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
