ShareContra Costa Powersports is a full service Honda/Suzuki/Kawasaki/KTM/CFMOTO/Zero motorcycle dealership serving Contra Costa County and surrounding areas. We are looking for a full time Associate to work in our Parts & Accessories department. We would prefer a candidate with retail sales experience at either an automotive or motorcycle dealership but are open to training someone if we find the right person. The ideal candidate will have a good familiarity with motorcycles and ATV's and have Retail Sales experience. This is a Sales position. Some of the skills we are looking for include: Familiarity with the repair and inner workings of motorcycles and ATV's Excellent phone skills. Computer skills including the ability to type on a keyboard proficiently. Ability to greet customers and make suggestions of items to purchase Ability to suggest accessories that may apply to customers vehicles. Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. Able to work with minimal supervision. Abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department. Follow departmental dress codes and be well groomed at all times. Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership as a whole. Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
