The ideal candidate will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, responsible for evaluating and qualifying leads, and guiding them through the initial, legal intake process. Requirements Role Qualifications: Complete high volume and prompt client communication via phone, email, and online channels, in efforts to explain our valuable legal services. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions. Conduct initial consultations to gather information and determine potential clients' legal needs. Schedule appointments with attorneys for qualified leads. Meet and or exceed sales goals. Computer proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite, and experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot. Handle all administrative task timely and accurately: data entry, prepare and send documents, reporting on lead conversion, etc. Maintain strong and concise communication with internal teams regarding leads. You will also have the following: HS School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of sales experience in a legal intake specialist role or similar business to customer sales role that is highly customer service focused.
