Requirements A Product Specialist is focused on selling products and services, primarily through phone calls, emails, and online communication. They are responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process within a defined territory or market. Tasks a Product Specialist will complete on an ongoing basis: Sales Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services to the customer. Maintaining our CRM database of current and potential customers. Closing sales and achieving sales targets. Administrative Customer service after the sale. Answering incoming calls.
