To support our expansion, we’re seeking an experienced and driven Canvassing Manager to lead and grow our door-to-door lead generation team. Position Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on Canvassing Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in canvassing within the roofing and impact window/door industry. Must have experience with the Florida PACE program. This is a leadership role responsible for building and managing a high-performance canvassing team. You’ll be in charge of recruiting, training, and leading reps in the field — with full responsibility for performance, results, and team development.
