Miller Transportation Group is looking to add a Lease Account Manager to it's growing team in Albany, NY! The Lease Account Manager will be directly responsible for leasing vehicles based on company gross profit guidelines, volume, and customer satisfaction standards in the Albany, NY area. Requirements You Will: Ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction is achieved Determine each customer's leasing needs by asking questions and listening Maintain a prospect development system that lists prospects for a sales customer database Meet minimum standards set for new contacts, cold calls, proposals, and sales goals Attend sales meetings Maintain a customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and increases customer satisfaction Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers Establish personal income goals that are consistent with the leasing company standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals Report to the VP of Sales regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively Understand the terminology of the leasing business and keep abreast of technological changes in the various products Know and understand equity and values, finance and TRAC terms, and be able to explain these to the customer Utilize all sales tools provided by the Company, including VIP proposals, lease visuals, cost comparisons, promotional and sales items Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern lease sales Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to customers the quality and efficiency of the leasing service operations Assist the Company's staff in the collection of accounts receivable for assigned customers You Have: Lease and/or Rental outside sales experience in the trucking industry Experience working with a Regional or National carrier Bachelor's degree or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to sell a minimum quota according to Company standards Account Management experience and the ability to build positive long term relationships Benefits We Have: Competitive compensation: $60,000-$70,000 base salary + commission plan ($100-175+ total comp. potential) Paid Vacation and Holidays Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance with HRA, HSA, and FSA options 401(k) with a company provided match Company-paid life insurance Employee Discounts and an Employee Assistance Program If you are looking for a great, safe work environment, look no further.
