Job Summary
We’re seeking a strategic Account Manager who excels in client relationships, pipeline growth, and content strategy. This foundational role requires managing high-value client accounts and shaping their content strategy to drive meaningful results. You'll work directly with senior executives and marketing leaders, translating strategy into impactful content campaigns that generate measurable business outcomes. As we scale, you’ll also play a key role in defining our internal content operations and building a repeatable, scalable content model.
About You
Proven experience managing strategic client relationships, ideally with ACVs ranging from $100K–$500K+
Skilled storyteller able to craft narratives aligning with business outcomes
Experience building scalable content strategies from scratch, including content planning, execution, and performance measurement
Execution-oriented—capable of creating content, managing campaigns, and optimizing results in real-time
Deep understanding of B2B content roles in GTM strategies including ABM, demand generation, and sales enablement
Comfortable across diverse content formats (e.g., LinkedIn posts, newsletters, videos, pitch decks)
Highly collaborative, adept at working with cross-functional teams
Startup-minded, comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
What You'll Do
Manage a portfolio of 10–20 strategic client accounts, driving retention, renewals, and upsells
Collaborate directly with executives to align content strategies with business and revenue goals
Develop and implement internal and external content strategies, defining messaging, channels, and measurement frameworks
Oversee content production across multiple formats, ensuring quality, consistency, and effectiveness
Create and leverage performance analytics to inform content strategy and client communication
Build scalable operational systems and processes to ensure consistent content delivery
Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, and Creative teams to amplify client success
Lead quarterly strategic content planning, utilizing data-driven insights to guide decision-making
Allocate and utilize relationship budgets strategically to strengthen client partnerships
Lay foundational processes for future content team expansion, including hiring and managing content talent
Bonus Points
Experience with LinkedIn-native or video-focused content strategies
Familiarity with platforms such as Beehiiv, Descript, Figma, Notion, Webflow, or Zapier
Prior experience working directly with startup founders or executives
Proven ability in executive ghostwriting and storytelling for B2B contexts
