This position will be based in our East Petersburg, PA office. This position will report directly to our Vice President of Client Experience. The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing strategies to secure new Clients for Life (CFL) using Warfel’s strategic plan as guidance. In addition, the person in this role will use these strategies to develop, pursue, and secure construction opportunities from identified CFLs.   The Business Development Manager will work out of our East Petersburg, PA office, and will be meeting with prospective clients in the surrounding areas.
