Lanz Cabinets is now hiring for a full-time Multi-Family Cabinet and Countertop Sales/Estimating Representative. Responsibilities: • Strategically bids and closes multi-family sales for projects of all sizes. • Recognizes and understands regional marketplace variations. • Maintains accurate and thorough documentation to support the sales process. • Understands and uses strategic pricing and discounting strategies to maximize sales and profits. • Negotiates with customers to close sales, neutralize buying objections and navigate project changes. • Reviews contract documents for accuracy. • Able to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. • Available to travel occasionally, including infrequent overnight trips. • Demonstrates knowledge of Lanz Cabinet products, processes and is comfortable making presentation to customers. Education/ Related Experience: • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. • Demonstration of excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Understanding of discounting and pricing strategies. • Previous business to business or building/contracting field sales experience. • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles. • Knowledge of basic business principles. • Must have valid driver's license. • Mastery of applicable computer programs (Excel, Word, Adobe Reader, File Transfer and Cloud Applications). Key Competencies: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications. • Understanding of pricing and discounting. • Planning, organizational and time management skills.
