Environmental Works is currently hiring for an Experienced Underground Utility Locator for our Heating Oil Tank Department. The primary duties of an Underground Utility Locator will include: -Operate locating equipment including ground-penetrating radar (GPR), magnetic detectors, and pipe and cable tracers. -Accurately mark located objects, complete the necessary documentation, and take detailed photographs to assist our project managers and field staff with subsequent work. -Prepare reports documenting your daily findings and submit them to our customers. -Interface directly with our clients and their representatives while on a project site. -Cross-train with our Radon Mitigation department to assist with in-home radon testing as needed.
