RESPONSIBILITIES • Set up, operate, and oversee packaging equipment to keep production running smoothly. • Perform routine checks and address mechanical problems to minimize downtime. • Ensure all tasks are carried out in compliance with FDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Work with team members to assemble and package products for distribution. • Record production data clearly for quality and tracking purposes. • Keep the workspace organized, sanitized, and in compliance with safety procedures. QUALIFICATIONS • Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment preferred. • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment. • Knowledge of FDA and GMP quality requirements. • Exposure to programmable logic controllers (PLCs) a plus. • Experience in assembly operations is an advantage. • High attention to detail to ensure correct labeling and quality output. • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as part of daily tasks. • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
