We are a small medicinal mushroom company rooted in science and guided by intention. We're hiring one part-time Mushroom Harvest Technician to join our Oakland team. This is fast-paced, hands-on work that requires strong attention to detail and efficiency. Ideal candidates have cannabis trimming or similar production experience and are comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities: Harvest mushrooms quickly and cleanly from fruiting blocks Brush and sort fresh mushrooms into bins Reseal and return bags to shelves or cold storage Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with occasional packaging or support tasks as needed Qualifications: Experience in cannabis trimming or similar roles preferred Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Able to work in a sober, focused production environment Self-motivated with a fast-working mindset Physically able to perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting Available for at least one weekend shift per week Schedule: 2–4 shifts per week (typically 8 hours per shift) Mix of harvesting and lighter coverage days (e.g. quality control) To Apply: Please email us the following: Your resume 2–3 references A short description of yourself, why this role interests you, and why you think you’d be a great fit Thank you!
