Facilities Technician Role Available for Growing Biotech Organization! (Louisville)

We are seeking a Facilities Technician to support the routine operation, and preventative maintenance of a state-of-the-art lentiviral vector development and manufacturing facility in Louisville, Colorado. This role is an on-site position physically reporting into our Louisville Facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with permanent employment being offered to strong performers after 6 months to 1 year in the temp role. The temp payrate range for this role is between $32.64 and $40.34 per hour depending on experience. Excellent benefits and opportunity for advancement in both the temp and perm role. Primary responsibilities for this position include troubleshooting, corrective (repair/unplanned/modification), and preventative (planned) maintenance of plant utilities, building systems and critical infrastructure. Representative equipment may include but is not limited to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, life safety, fire protection, laboratory and production equipment, and automation control systems relating to the operation of equipment utilized in a cGMP facility. The Facilities Technician must be able to work independently under minimal supervision to repair, maintain and operate equipment supporting a variety of manufacturing operations. Considerable independent judgment and initiative are required to solve challenging and complex issues. Additionally, the successful individual must be able to help coordinate and supervise external service providers ensuring all work and documentation is performed in accordance with organizational requirements.
