Bookkeeper/Comprehensive Clerk: Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the management of expense payment and reimbursement process Submit payment applications and upload corresponding contracts and invoices, improve the review mechanism for future reference. Summarize the expense table, distinguish the purpose and attribution. Improve corresponding auxiliary credentials. Mark differences and special matters. 2. Complete the basic document process Maintenance of original documents (classified inbound and outbound). Inventory receiving and inventory management (matching accounts with reality). 3. Asset Management Classification management of fixed assets (purchase and sale, useful life, expense attribution) to assist in timely accounting. Construction in progress management (contract management, installation cost attribution, consumables procurement, completion settlement and acceptance, relevant data organization and storage, settlement management) 4. Financial information transmission, budget execution, and tracking Timely organize payment information and corresponding customers and orders. Review procurement data and verify payment information. Follow up on payment arrangements and participate in fund plan management. 5. Assist in connecting with relevant data from American accounting agencies Timely transmission of accounting data, communication of foreign tax requirements, assistance with accounting adjustments, etc 6. Assist colleagues from other departments such as procurement, production, and sales in the financial coordination work of Beisi 7. Inventory check 8. Financial file management and access 9. Temporary translation work: Translation work between Chinese business travelers and local personnel in the United States, as well as daily document translation. 10. Coordinate sales personnel's needs, follow up on outbound status, etc. Job requirements: 1. Major in finance, with knowledge of tax laws and policies in South Carolina, USA; 2. An international law firm with offices in Washington, D.C. is seeking a full-time Revenue Specialist to join their team. The Specialist will assist and support the Revenue Manager as it relates to the collections functions and works to maximize the cash collections and report on the accounts receivable status for the clients. Responsibilities: • Managing the accounts receivable for a specific portfolio of client accounts. • Consistently following-up on all aged accounts. • Liaising with the cash team to ensure all payments are properly applied. • Providing reports, back-up and invoice copies to attorneys and clients. • Working with departing attorneys to determine the status of clients with outstanding receivables. • Reporting all problematic accounts to the Revenue Manager. • Processing the audit requests’ for the Firm’s clients. • Assisting with the clean-up of unidentified and unapplied cash receipts. • Building and nurturing client relations to enhance collections. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, required. • 3+ years of dedicated collection or account management experience. • Collaborates effectively, and professionally, with all levels of the Firm, including clients, attorneys, and co-workers. • Must be team-oriented and able to share information, goals, opportunities, successes and failures. • Ability to assess pertinent information, anticipate issues and outcomes, and make effective decisions. • Ability to prepare accurate, highly detailed work product. • Strong client service skills. • Flexibility to work additional hours as necessary.
