Futurex is seeking to fill a full-time position for a Client Services Coordinator to work at Futurex’s Engineering Campus in Bulverde, 15 miles north of San Antonio, Texas. The position will be primarily responsible for ensuring Futurex’s global customers and partners receive top-tier service by receiving, triaging, assigning, and monitoring inbound technical support requests. The position will also involve performing day-to-day office management and clerical/administrative duties as well as communicating with prospective Futurex employees throughout the application and recruitment process. The qualified candidate must be willing to work under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Effective verbal and written communication skills are required for this position, and the qualified candidate will possess superior attention to detail.
