We’re a fast-growing e-commerce startup seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to work directly with our Founder & CEO. This is a hybrid role based out of our Rochester, MI office, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a lean, fast-moving team that operates globally. About the Role: You’ll be the CEO’s right hand—managing a wide range of administrative, operational, and strategic support tasks. You’ll help the founder stay focused on growth by taking ownership of scheduling, internal communications, project follow-ups, and team coordination. The majority of our team is remote and based in Pakistan, India, and the Philippines, so comfort working with global teams is essential. Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar and prioritize meetings across time zones Coordinate with remote teams to ensure follow-ups and progress on key initiatives Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items Assist with hiring tasks, onboarding, and internal team communications Handle occasional personal tasks that support executive efficiency Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively Be a trusted, discreet, and dependable support partner Requirements You’re a Fit If You: Are based in or near Rochester, Michigan and open to a hybrid schedule Have prior experience supporting a founder, executive, or leadership team Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to change Have excellent communication skills (especially in writing) Are tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, etc. Are proactive, resourceful, and take ownership without needing constant direction Benefits Why Join Us?
