Resource Innovations is seeking an Outreach & Field Manager to join our growing team in West Coast.  As an Outreach & Field Manager with Resource Innovations, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive outreach and engagement strategy for this electrification initiative, which focuses primarily on electrifying homes and businesses. This role will also serve as a primary customer point of contact, managing customer tracking and data coordination with the client, and guiding customers through the full engagement journey. You will also collaborate with municipalities, community-based organizations, and trade allies to maximize participation and leverage complementary programs. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of planning experience, program delivery expertise, and a strong ability to engage effectively with residential and commercial customers.  Resource Innovations’ Community Decarbonization Team implements programs that help homes and businesses access the resources needed to transition to cleaner energy solutions. Our programs aim to reduce energy costs, improve environmental quality, and enhance the overall quality of life for residents and business operators.   This role will be pivotal in fostering community partnerships to support a network of outreach partnerships that can connect to potential program participants. The ideal candidate for this position will have deep knowledge of California’s energy efficiency and electrification ecosystem. Experience in advancing community-based energy or environmental efforts, along with the ability to problem-solve, coach, and guide local governments and community-based partners working to advance equitable electrification, decarbonization, and/or climate action, will be highly valued in this role, which can significantly impact the community.  Resource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. Responsibilities and Duties  Program Coordination:  Coordinate with internal and external Program stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the program’s engagement activities. Organize, facilitate, and participate in community outreach events, workshops, and meetings to raise awareness about the program. Assist in developing and maintaining program materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.  Outreach Strategy Development Assist in creating and leading working sessions with the client to define outreach roles, responsibilities, communication processes, and coordination points, including creating and maintaining a RACI matrix and supporting documentation.  Support the development of program-specific process flows, decision trees, and customer journeys. Align outreach strategy with partner electrification and energy efficiency programs to ensure unified customer messaging and leverage cross-program insights.  Establish and refine communication protocols, handoff points, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and define and report on performance metrics and key outreach goals aligned with client priorities.  Customer Outreach Execution  Serve as the outreach lead and point of contact for customers referred by the client for tailored engagement.  Oversee phased outreach, starting with phone/email, escalating to direct mail or in-person visits as needed; conduct in-person outreach for key commercial accounts or neighborhoods with high outreach potential.  Ensure appropriate data tracking and documentation.  Community Engagement  Lead partnership efforts with local governments and community-based organizations (CBOs) to build awareness and foster engagement.  Coordinate with related programs for co-marketing or cross-promotional opportunities.  Other duties as assigned. Requirements 3–5+ years in utility customer programs, outreach, or strategy consulting.  Experience working with or consulting to major utilities or public sector clients.  Familiarity with energy efficiency, decarbonization, or home and business retrofit programs.  Strong communication, facilitation, and project tracking skills.  Experience working with CBOs or local governments.  Preferred skills and education:  Experience with energy efficiency or electrification direct-installation programs and incentive funding.   Familiarity with California-regulated utility environments.  Multilingual (Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, etc.) preferred.  Proficiency with CRM or tracking databases.  Benefits Compensation & Benefits Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.  The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000.  In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.  Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.  We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes three weeks of paid vacation per year; paid holidays; a 401(k)-retirement plan with employer matching; health, dental and vision insurance; and other supplemental benefits.  Resource Innovations is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, disability, marital status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other protected status. No maritime experience is required, however outstanding organizational and administrative skills are essential. The Vessel Manager is a “general contractor” that is the main point of contact with the vessel's Owner/Charterer, the ship's Master, officers, and crew, and is responsible for assuring that all ship in-port requirements associated with the vessel's port call are managed satisfactorily. These activities include managing ship operations, adherence to U.S. and state governmental regulations, pricing, contracting, approval of expenses, and risk management. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the scheduling, regulatory documentation, funding, communications, and logistical support of a variety of ships and customers. The position is primarily administrative in nature, however the duties of an agent include spending a significant amount of time on board moored vessels, in ports and/or industrial environments, as well a traveling to different sites around Alaska.
