Commercial construction specialties (Division 10+) subcontractor in Northern Colorado is looking for an experienced estimator to join this growing organization. Successful candidate will be responsible for: - creating complex take-offs and estimates - retrieving and analyzing bid results - building meaningful customer relationships through effective and frequent communication - working with project manager to identify key projects and strategies for bidding Qualified candidate will have 3+ years of experience in construction estimating. Experience with Carlson software a plus but not mandatory. We are also seeking entry level survey technicians interested in a career in surveying. We use Leica and Sokkia ix robotic instruments and Carlson data collection software. We primarily work on Boundary surveys, Topographic surveys, As-built Surveys, and Construction Staking.
