Description

We’re seeking a proactive, self-starter Project Assistant who doesn’t need micromanagement. You’ll support field and office activities, work closely with project managers, and help keep projects moving safely and on schedule. Key responsibilities Assist PMs with schedules, daily reports, meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, and material tracking. Maintain and update drawings/markups in AutoCAD. Prepare takeoffs, logs, and simple quantity checks in Excel. Draft letters/emails and basic documents in Word. Coordinate site visits, photos, inspections, and vendors; support field teams. Help with basic permit/filing tasks and documentation. Requirements Bilingual: English & Spanish (spoken and written). Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word. Enjoys field work and collaborating with crews. Excellent communication and follow-through; works well under pressure. Organized, reliable, and hands-on attitude. Nice to have Construction/field experience in NYC or similar.
