The candidate will be responsible for but not limited to: • Produce and deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive proposals. • Prepare and document quantity take-offs for materials and pricing. • Review and compare accurate job costs; perform job site visits as needed. • Evaluate bid documents and request material quotes. • Understand all pertinent bid documents • Assist in the pre-construction process upon project award and start-up. • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility to meet the needs of a growing company. Qualifications: • Experience in hard bid, conceptual, and estimating. • Knowledge of on-screen takeoff systems. • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. • Minimum of 4 years of estimating experience required. • Highly motivated with strong organizational skills. • Quick learner, capable of mastering our estimating process. • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Ability to multi-task and balance priorities and deadlines across multiple projects. • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. • BS degree in Construction or Engineering is preferable but not required.
