We are looking for Senior Security Engineer Target Total Compensation: $300,000 - $375,000, including a fixed annual salary of $200,000 - $250,000, employee equity grant, and world-class benefits. We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer to advance Rokt’s application, cloud, and AI security posture. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge AI workflow tools and traditional security capabilities to embed security seamlessly into our software development lifecycle (SDLC) — built for the AI era. About the role:  Develop and scale AI-driven security assessment tools and automation (e.g., leveraging Copilot, Cursor, N8N, Replit). Reimagine and implement modern SAST, SCA, and DAST workflows aligned to AI-driven development paradigms. Build preventative security libraries and rule sets addressing emerging vulnerability classes (e.g., API security, LLM risks). Collaborate with software engineers, platform teams, and GRC to embed security across product and infrastructure. Lead security reviews, scalable threat modeling, and data privacy impact assessments, while shaping security policies, standards, guidelines, and AI security education programs. Requirements About you: 5+ years of experience in application, cloud, or AI security engineering, with a strong understanding of modern AppSec risks across APIs, cloud-native platforms, and CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience securing AI-powered applications and workflows, beyond traditional prompt injection threats. Proficiency with AI automation and coding platforms such as Copilot, Cursor, N8N, and Replit, combined with experience building scalable security solutions. Programming expertise in at least one modern language (preferably Go or Python) and familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or GCP) and supply chain security frameworks like SLSA. Practical experience with both open-source and commercial security tools (e.g., SAST, SCA, DAST) to secure the software development lifecycle. A Builder mindset: independently identifies security gaps, designs effective solutions, and adapts security approaches to the specific needs of Rokt, AfterSell, and mParticle. Preferred certifications: GIAC Web Application Defender (GWEB), OSWE, or equivalent SANS certifications. The Structures Discipline provides structural engineering services with emphasis on new design, repair, and rehabilitation of constructed works, as well as investigation and performance evaluation. Individual must be able to work independently, as well as part of multi-discipline teams. Duties: Serves as a Lead Engineer who supervises a team of structural engineers, designers and technicians in production of structural construction documents including drawings, specifications, bidding and construction administration for large complex projects including calculation and document reviews. Develops cost effective system layouts as well as performing calculations and coordination with other disciplines. Performs site visits for documentation and cost estimating of existing systems and building conditions. Prepares technical specifications. Reviews and evaluates shop drawings and product submittals. Visits construction sites to inspect work in progress or completed. Maintains and manages budgets for projects including hours and resources. Maintains client relationships Prepares Engineering Reports. Completes complex and specialty types of design. We are looking for a Survey Crew Chief to fulfill the increasing needs of our clients in the Richmond, VA region. Location is flexible to Richmond and the greater surrounding area. The candidate will be responsible for the survey work preformed on-site in the field, as well as providing quality control for survey deliverables. Responsibilities Responsible for collecting data to ensure completion of a project: Locating boundary, pins, improvements, utilities, etc. while performing various project types including ALTA, boundary, construction staking, and topographic surveys. Check and reduce raw field data, perform calculations, and download/file survey data. Perform project research as needed. Follow instructions and work orders from project managers. Communicate daily with your Field Project Manager to confirm if you are on track to complete your field schedule and informing them when you are behind or ahead of schedule. Physical work environment demands: Ability to safely traverse and navigate rugged terrain in remote areas. Ability to regularly work outside in all weather conditions including extreme heat, cold, wet, and muddy conditions with high/precarious places.
