This role includes: Establishing, operating, and maintaining the Classified Inventory Control and on-site SCI libraries for the Special Security Officer (SSO) Maintaining the “Watch-to-Watch” inventory Scheduling and performing quarterly alarm tests of SCIFs under NSWCPHD cognizance Conducting inspections and searches Establishing and maintaining the Non-Disclosure Statement database located within Defense Information Security System (DISS) Coordinating and generating Non-Disclosure Agreements for employees with Top Secret/SCI clearance Ensuring areas are properly sanitized prior to escorting anyone into the SCIF Maintaining eyes-on visual contact of non-SCI visitors 100% of the time when performing escort duties in the SCIF Maintaining SCIF documentation and examine any threats Requirements Four (4) years of experience in: SCI physical security Applying Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 Sensitive Compartment Information Facilities and IC Technical Specifications for construction and management of SCIFs Maintaining SCIF documentation (e.g. fixed facility checklist, TEMPEST documentation, facility diagrams) Planning and conducting SCIF security inspections Maintaining a Physical Security Action, coordinating and maintaining an up-to-date Threat Assessment Intrusion Detection System and Access Control Systems (ACS) concepts Preparing, managing, and coordinating new and existing SCIF construction Preparing written reports and briefings Interfacing with senior leadership, Physical Security, and Personnel Security.  Two (2) years of experience in: Coordinating TEMPEST/Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) surveys Coordinating with local installation security forces One (1) year experience in Generating Preliminary Inquiry (PI) documentation Changing safe combinations and generating documentation (e.g. SF 700, SF 701, SF 702) Opening Storage Secret Proficient with: Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Clearance: A minimum Secret security clearance or higher with the ability to obtain a Top Secret w/ SCI is required to be considered for this position.
