About the team and role Professional Services Very simply, the Professional Services Team provides guidance and support to our customers and partners throughout their journey with Loqate. We provide technical support for the Loqate business and work directly with customers to ensure they get the most value from their engagement with Loqate.  Solutions Architect The Solutions Architect advises customers, partners and channel partners how to build and implement strategic solutions on a complex scale. Additionally, the Solutions Architect acts as a conduit between the field and Loqate Product and Technology teams. This senior technical role is heavily involved in implementation and optimization of Loqate products. The Solutions Architect also serves as an escalation point for partner solutions as well as the Pre-Sales Organization. What you will do Work with customers and partners to deploy Loqate products in their environments. Work with customers and partners to optimize performance of Loqate products. Proctor product and technical workshops with customers and partners. Skills we are looking for Detailed knowledge of Kubernetes deployment. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure App Services, AWS, and Google Cloud Services. Customer facing pre-sales and solutions consulting experience. Development operations experience.
