Tech Lead (Remote - New Jersey)

As a Tech Lead, you will guide development teams across full-stack projects, with a strong emphasis on .NET technologies and Azure-based solutions. You’ll play a critical role in system design, technical decision-making, mentoring team members, and ensuring that projects align with both business objectives and engineering best practices.
