Assist with the installation, configuration, and upgrade of computer systems and software applications. Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. Create and maintain user accounts and permissions across various platforms and systems. Document support interactions and solutions in the help desk ticketing system for future reference and training purposes. Requirements Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or in a similar customer support role. Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technologies. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues quickly and effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical problems in understandable terms.
