We are currently seeking an attorney with experience for our Petaluma office to assist in our growing caseload. This is a hybrid in office/remote position although you will be in the office more than you will be working remotely. Our litigation practice areas include, but are not limited to, construction defect, employment, real estate, general counsel services, probate, insurance defense, and general business. Experience in any of these fields is a plus but not necessarily required. We are looking for an attorney who likes to work hard, wants to learn and grow, and have a good time doing it You should expect to handle a fast-paced litigation environment, including managing a complete case load, interacting with clients, writing reports, drafting motions, conducting discovery, preparing for trial, and preparing other legal documents. You will also be expected to take depositions and appear in court regularly. The firm environment is laid back and office attire is casual.
