Description

Job Title: Paralegal Reports To: General Counsel Location: Hybrid – Jersey City, NJ (2–3 days/week onsite)   Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to support the General Counsel in a dynamic legal environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of paralegal experience, preferably in corporate, litigation, or regulatory law. This role requires excellent organizational skills, legal research capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents including contracts, NDAs, commercial real estate, and corporate governance materials. Support compliance and regulatory filings, including coordination with external counsel. Conduct legal research and summarize findings for internal stakeholders. Maintain and organize legal files and databases. Coordinate responses to audit inquiries and assist with internal investigations. Support litigation management, including discovery coordination and document review. Assist with special projects and initiatives led by the General Counsel. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of paralegal experience in a corporate or law firm setting. Big law experience is a plus. Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools. Paralegal certificate is a plus but not required. Benefits Work Arrangement: Hybrid role requiring presence in the Jersey City office 2–3 times per week.
