Description

Attorney's office needs to hire a receptionist/office assistant as soon as possible. The applicant should be bilingual in English and Spanish and should speak and write Spanish well enough to communicate with clients effectively. The applicant should be able to work at least 30 hours per week at the start, and this may expand to 35 to 40 hours per week. Someone with prior office experince is preferred, but other applicants will be considered. Someone who is organized, good with customer service and document management is needed. A fast learner is needed. The job is well suited for someone who may be a part-time student, wants to lean law office work, and may want to become a paralegal in the future. Compensation/Benefits: • Pay range: DOE or salary of $45,000 - $60,000 for a fulltime 35-hour work week. Prorated for part-time; • Flexible schedule; • Paid vacation if work over the required number of hours (after 90 days) and holidays; • Commuter checks (after 90 days) if work over the required amount of hours. • Health insurance according to agency policy (after 90 days) if work over the required amount of hours.
