What You’ll Do: Handle a diverse caseload with autonomy and support Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials Manage high-asset property division, high-conflict custody disputes, and complex support matters Communicate directly with clients, providing sound legal advice and guidance Maintain case files and records with independence and accountability Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in California Minimum 2 years of family law litigation experience Strong advocacy, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication Ability to manage multiple cases independently (minimum billable: 1300 hrs/year) Why Join Us?: We believe practicing law should be rewarding, collaborative, and balanced.
