Cardaro & Peek, LLC, a well-established boutique law firm specializing in plaintiff’s medical malpractice and products liability, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Baltimore, MD team. You will have a wide range of responsibilities, including collaborating with clients, witnesses, colleagues and opposing counsel, performing legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents such as Complaints, Motions, discovery and legal memoranda, and generally providing top quality legal representation for our clients. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience, with strong academic credentials and admission to the Bar of Maryland. D.C. Bar admission a plus. The candidate must have strong legal research, analysis and writing skills. Compensation/Benefits: • Pay range: DOE or salary of $45,000 - $60,000 for a fulltime 35-hour work week. Prorated for part-time; • Flexible schedule; • Paid vacation if work over the required number of hours (after 90 days) and holidays; • Commuter checks (after 90 days) if work over the required amount of hours. • Health insurance according to agency policy (after 90 days) if work over the required amount of hours.
