This remote paralegal position offers the chance to handle a broad range of matters including divorce, custody, and property division — all while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll partner closely with attorneys, support staff, and clients, delivering high-quality legal work and contributing to strong case outcomes. This role offers an ideal blend of legal expertise, professional development, and impactful client advocacy. Washington residency is required for occasional in-person commitments. Accountabilities: Assist with family law cases such as divorce, child custody, and asset division. Draft legal documents, manage filings, and ensure compliance with court procedures. Conduct e-filings with county courts and handle court-related communications. Support attorneys through case preparation, deadline tracking, and client coordination. Attend occasional hearings or client meetings as required by case needs. Maintain exceptional client service standards through professionalism and responsiveness. Requirements 0–6 years of family law experience preferred; other legal backgrounds considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in e-filing systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously in a law firm setting. Strong organizational and time-management skills in a deadline-driven environment. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
